Move add to cart button and variants above product description

My client wants to move the "add to cart" button (and select variant) above the product description, and I've tried every suggestion on this forum without any luck. 

Any suggestions, please?

Also, I am trying to add a subscribe and save option. Does that need to be a separate plugin?

I am also having a difficult time adding my subscribe and save code injection I purchased as a separate plugin.

#2. You don't know where to add code or the plugin code doesn't work or?
