Date Format on Checkout Options

I have added a custom form on my product checkout that has an option to select a date. My client would like the day of the week listed on their invoices – anybody know of code that I could add that would accomplish this?

From the screenshot I can see you are using my Datepicker extension. The day of the week can be included by tweaking one of the settings, as described in step 4.3 of the guide. If you need further guidance, please contact us for assistance and we'll be pleased to help.
