BabbR Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 Hi, I have set up a Simple Grid gallery for a client site with captions under the images. Only two of the captions are showing up on the page. They do appear in the 7.1 editor but not on the live version of the site. I have viewed the page in different browsers and the problem is consistent (mac OS). Any suggestions? conrad1956 1

conrad1956 Posted February 28 Posted February 28 (edited) BabbR Certainly glad to know that I'm not the only one with this problem. I've been chatting with a help desk agent for an hour and he cannot replicate the problem on his end. I'm using Chrome Version 122.0.6261.94 (Official Build) (x86_64) . If anyone answers your question, would you mind taking a minute to send it along? conrad@rublephotographic. Edited February 28 by conrad1956 Addition to comment

Try disabling them to see if this resolves the issue. Did this help? conrad1956 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Paul-- Turning off site-wide animations fixed the problem. Many thanks to you and Zoe for all the help.
Sayling Posted March 12 Posted March 12 Had the same problem and can confirm it's site-wide animations. I found simply changing the animation style (in my case, to "fade") was enough to fix the caption issue (at least for now) For those who are lazy, site-wide animations are under site styles, or the paintbrush thingy. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040839591-Site-wide-animations
