Hiding Menu Items from the burger menu

Hi all,

We have a squarespace website ver. 7.1, we are trying to hide specific menu items from the burger menu in order to implement a bilingual website with two languages (we want to hide the menu items of each language in the other language's page..)

We could hide menu items from the standard navigation menu using CSS like :  #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(5) {display:none}

Would you help us do the same with the burger menu please?

Can you share your URL so I can take a look?

Im sorry we are still on trial and have not gone live yet 😞 

We are just trying to hide specific elements from the burger menu, but code like : .header-burger-nav-item .your-menu-item-class {
    display: none;
}

does not work

I tried various css code but nothing works. Anybody can help in this please 🥺🙏
