Getting Categories on Two Lines in Blog Post and Summary Block

Hi, hope all's well. We have summary blocks/blog pages that have three main categories listed above the post title. I was wondering if there was a way to get every third category onto a second line.

For example, in the screenshot below, "Ari Ezra Waldman" would be all on its own line underneath "Article" and "Volume 110.4."

Create a cat with just .......... And put it before Ezra that should move it to the next line

You could edit the cat Ezra and make it "........Ari Ezra"

That should still move it to the next line, and any post with that cat will update.
