Restrict Based on Email acccount

I am creating a Wedding Website where we have two groups of people.
 

1. Ceremony (Has access to all webpages)
2. Reception (Does not have access to Ceremony Page).

What i am trying to achieve is to have the above with out having to get those that are in Ceremony to no have to put in another password for the ceremony page. 

Ways i have thought about achieving this is if there is a possibility of having two site wide passwords (So only one password entry is a required) OR have the person fill in their email address that we already have that grants them access to either.
