Setting up multiple buy options within one item... Then uploading artwork.

Hello all,

I am trying to set up my print shop online. I mainly print stickers, but it goes into wraps, signs, and posters too.
I want a customer to be able to click an option like "Diecut Stickers" and then within that page be able to select size and quantity. 
Then lean to a page where they upload their artwork and then submit the order. 

Does anyone know if this is possible with a Squarespace template? Any help would be appreciated greatly.
