Extra section under the footer

I can't figure out why there is an extra section under the footer. ---See the gold color under the green footer below.

I tried looking by inspecting the code but didn't see a name for a class or section.

The site is still being built.

Somehow I fixed it but not sure how so I can't share a solution. sorry.
