Payment Plans are not charging customers for their reccuring payments

Hi,  

My new customers are not being charged their recurring payments. ie. They signed up for a 12-pay plan, and made the first payment, no charge has been administered for their subsequent payments. When I look at their account in Stripe it shows that there are no subscription payments added to their accounts.  

 

What is happening? how do I fix it?

Hi i am having this horrendous issue as well. This is completely damaging my business. More than 5 new clients making payments of $250 or more are not being recorded. Thus, I am losing thousands of dollars due to this pathetic issue. I am considering suing because how worthless is squarespace to charge us to have an online store monthly and fail to process monthly payments??
