Add Google Partner Badge logo (code snippet) to the footer

Hi. My business has been granted certification by an industry partner (Google) and we're allowed to use the badge on our website.

It's a code snippet, not a standard image, so have no idea who to embed this to the site's code.

I want it positioned below or to the left of the IPA Accelerator logo (on deskop) and stacked above or below it on mob.

The code is
