Problems connecting Instagram Account

Site not live yet. We want to link to our Instagram, but when I click to connect accounts, I get the message on the attached screenshot.

Any help appreciated.

I have been experiencing this for weeks. I used to have my account connected on my contact page. It stopped uploading a few weeks ago and I have been unable to re-sync it. So I tried deleting the block and adding it back in, and still cannot connect.
