Text Highlight is Adding Unwanted Padding

Hi Squarespace Community,

Starting today, I'm having issues with the text highlight feature. Every time I add a highlight to my header text, there is added padding/spacing above and below my text. It's not on the edit view, but only occurs when I save and exit.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

No matter how I try to problem solve this, I keep experiencing the same problem. (For example: I've tried removing links, setting default settings, removing custom font css, etc.)
