Add OpenTable widget to header?

Recommended Posts

Hoping to add an OpenTable widget to the header of a client's website. I've tried adding the code in the header code injection to no avail.

I'd like for it to be where the Book a Table button is currently. Is this possible?

Also, when generating the code I'm given the option that is seen in an attached picture, should I keep it unchecked?

Here's the code:

<script type='text/javascript' src='//www.opentable.com/widget/reservation/loader?rid=38809&type=standard&theme=standard&color=1&dark=false&iframe=false&domain=com&lang=en-US&newtab=false&ot_source=Restaurant%20website'></script>
