Alignment basic grid blog ?

Hey, with the portfolio page the alignment of all posts is correct, how can I integrate that with the blog page as well? Currently the posts are shifted when I use the basic grid blog style because some titles and excerpts from the blogposts are longer or shorter. I would like to have everything on one level and not such a messy page.... 

Hope someone can help me how to integrate that!

t has to align to the top of the items, and they can't be enlarged individually. That is why the hide excerpt toggle is there. You can put line feeds in the excerpt fields for the posts with less text to move it closer to the bottom and align the read more buttons,  but I think that blank space is not going to look all that good.
