email button not tracking in email analytics

I've included a "Reach Out" button in the body of my email that links out to our email address.  I'd like to track how often the button is clicked but it's not showing up in my email analytics report.  All of the other links in my email are being tracked, just not the "Reach Out" button.  Any suggestions?
