Image looks good on mobile but unreadable on desktop. Can't get them to both be legible

Hello all, 

I'm trying to put a photo on the top of my product page to let everyone know about our shipping options. 

However, I can only get the desktop to crop the image right and look good or the mobile view.

I cannot get them both to get the whole image in frame and look good. im assuming I need a code because I've tried to play with everything possible on the website. 

I've attached two photos for reference for what it looks like for mobile (what I want it to look like) and what it does to it on desktop.
