Universal filter- how to disable clicking back to ALL when double clicking on filter category

N.B. I have asked for help with Square Websites Plugins directly, but never got a response. 

I bought the Universal Filter from Square Websites Plugins - and have installed it on this page here. My client is asking me to stop the filter going back to ALL when you click twice on one of the categories. 

Is there any way to do this with the HTML? Here is the page header code injection for the page below -
