Applying custom text to 'Portfolio Hover: Background

I'd like to add a custom css to my site so I can apply my uploaded font to my Portfolio Hover: Background section. I need it to match the rest of my site so that would be much appreciated, thank you! 🙂

I have kind of the same issue - I am trying to figure out how to change the font for the Portfolio Hover Background as well.
