Why can't I save Changes??

Please help.

I seem to have blocks of plain colour that I am trying to delete at the top of my pages. I can delete them but then I cannot access the save button when I click done. So I can't save changes.

It is driving me crazy and I don't know what to do?

Why is the save button not available. It cannot be clicked.

Please help.
