reveal text and image after hovering over text

I am using the brine template 7.0 and am trying to accomplish the attached hover action. How can I do this? see attached screen video. thank you!

• Text on left (or right or bottom)
• Hover on Text >> Will show Image or Image + Caption (you can use any Image Block: Inline, Poster, Overlap, Card,..)
