Link to download a file opened up in new window as a blank page.

Hi community!

A link that was meant to display a pdf file to facilitate viewing/downloading in a new window opens up as a blank page (about:blank) in the mobile interface. I look forward to some advise to resolve this, thank you.

I had:
1) checked that the displaying of the pdf file for downloading/viewing in a new window works just fine in the desktop interface.
2) checked that my file is not corrupted and was fully uploaded. 
3) checked that the configurations within Squarespace's default options of selecting the correct file and "open in new window" was in place.

I was able to load it on my iPhone 13 Pro with Firefox but Safari timed out. It's a really big file, so depending on people's connections and browser settings, it might be timing out. I would start by scaling and compressing your images and rebuilding the PDF so it's under 1MB (or as close as possible) and seeing if that helps.
