I know nothing about coding. but i do have a code that i used on my "add to cart" page that allow customers to uplaod JPG file. Link to comment

If you are using a Squarespace form in the popup, you can use this service https://www.squarewebsites.org/blog/squarespace-websites-uploader Uploading of files isn't available natively. You should be able to if you’re using a form in a light box. I haven’t tried it on the marketing pop up.
