Is this the only way? I thought one of the SquareSpace plans would allow for exclusion of our own IP address?

To prevent your own activity from populating in analytics, log in to your site before viewing it. You cannot prevent your own activity being recorded if you are logged out.

None of the Squarespace website plans allow you to exclude IP addresses.
