Can I request a product review prior to 14 days?

No. If you are using the built-in Squarespace reviews feature, you cannot request a review manually, or request a review earlier than 14 days. This does keep the system secure by ensuring that reviews are only collected from verified customers, but it can be an irritating limitation, especially if the customer doesn't receive the email - you'll never receive their 5-star review.

There are a number of other review platforms available that can be integrated with Squarespace but there's a Squarespace Extension that is easy to integrate called Judge.me. With this, you can:

• import reviews from other platforms
• set up the timing of review requests
• send up to 3 emails to remind your customers to leave a review
• collect reviews manually via a form on your website
