Cannot reduce the padding above and below simple slideshows for the life of me

I have searched so many forums, but nothing has worked.
I have a really simple page layout with text and gallery slideshow blocks, but the padding between them is too big (see screenshot).

Could someone help me? I think it needs to be custom code, but nothing has worked so far!

I'm having the same issue! The website name is kailinart.com. The issue is on the home page between the top banner slideshow and the instagram slideshow. Is this enough to help? I've tried many different custom codes found on the forum and nothing is helping.

Add to Design > Custom CSS
