Squarkicker not reconnecting to my website -Lost 2 months of work

Hi,

I have worked for a month on website trial using squarekicker for the first time. We stopped the squarekicker subscription and published the site. Unfortunately, the website is not showing any of the work done with squareckicker.

I have opened a ticket with squarekicker and still waiting for a reply. Has anybody experienced the same?

Do I need to keep the monthly subscription with squarekicker in addition to the Squarespace ?
