Changing header color on scroll back

Thanks for this. The code above seems to apply color change to all sections. I'd like header on scroll back to dynamically change depending on background color of section. Is that possible?

Any help available on this?

Just bumping to try and get some further insight into possible css fix...

This is complex, you will need to use CSS + JavaScript code

CSS only can't solve problem
