Adding images to an accordion style FAQ

I want to add an FAQ section to my site. I want to use an accordion style (where you click on the questions you're interested in, and the answer drops down). I'm struggling to add images to my answers. But this isn't possible at the moment, can anyone suggest how to do this? Thanks
