Feedback on my Art Shop

I would really love some advice/feedback on my shop! Especially anything I can do to increase conversion rates etc.

Is the color scheme the same on the checkout page? Looks different 😄

It's a great start — I recommend more copy, particularly on the Home page, which will help you be found in search engines and to connect with potential customers. Share more about who you are, why you do that you do, what you offer, etc. 

I also recommend adding some legal pages (terms & conditions, shipping details, returns information, a privacy policy). This will help protect you and your customer, and helps improve trust and credibility.

Your site does run a little slow and your page sizes are large — it looks like you have some large images that need to be resized.

I would also add some more information to your commissions pages; what is the process, what exactly will the customer receive, what do they need to provide, what is the experience of working with you like?

Thank you for the detailed feedback! Can you explain how to add copy to my home page/just site in general.

Thank you I didn't know it was running slow that's really helpful! Can I resize them in squarespace? or do I have to do it externally?

Hi @BandiaStudio

Copy just means text, so more textual information about who you are and what you do, added to your page with text blocks.

To resize images I recommend using Photoshop or online software like Adobe Express.
