how to add pages to a new folder in header navigation....it's not working :(

hi everyone!

I am trying to organize my header navigation, add some pages and create a drop-down menu. So I made a folder and tried to add existing pages to it (drag and drop) and they won't go into the folder, no matter what I try. The folder just gets listed as a menu item with nothing in/on it. I had a dropdown menu once at some point and I never had this issue, no idea what's going on. Any help would be appreciated. 

(I deleted the folder so no on going to my site looking for my services is confused!)

This should be as simple as you describe, drag the pages into the folder, you could try adding new links to the folder and add a link to the page. But I would suggest you connect Squarespace Support as this sounds like an error you shouldn't be experiencing.
