Yes, you can improve this with some CSS, adding a minimum height to the description, but it's not perfect, much easier in 7.1 FE or using a list section.

You can try this:

@media only screen and (min-width:768px) {
  section[data-section-id="640b1aec4478655213340f36"] {
    .sqs-block-image .design-layout-stack .image-subtitle * {
      min-height: 130px;
    }
  }
}

It'll stop working effectively on medium size screens, you'll probably want to adjust the values and add another media query to cover more screen sizes. Not a great solution, but it keeps the main desktop site looking better.
