Moving / resizing elements in editor sends them flying away

This has happened on a few of my pages so far, when resizing an element it sends it shooting down, when I try to place it with the mouse it shoots it down, when using keyboard arrows it just goes between 2 or 3 same grid positions. 

Anybody else encounter this? I just updated and relaunched Chrome and it still does it 🙂

In the video, first I try to reduce the element size with the mouse, then I try to move it with the mouse, then I try to move it with the keyboard up arrow.
