Email confirmations for packages, gifts and subscriptions

Hi there,

We have a number of different packages available via our scheduling/acuity. However at the moment, only one template is available as a confirmation email no matter which package someone buys.

We want to be able to send a different email for each different package (5 options/price points). Can anyone recommend a way to do this?

I've tried a Zapier integration, but again, that only allows for a single "new order" trigger, so all 5 packages have the same trigger.

Any help much appreciated! Thank you

Please see Email notifications for Squarespace Scheduling clients. You can customise templates by appointment type if required.
