skalison
Hi there! I'm curious if anyone has ever encountered this or has a solution... My client has two different contact forms on his website that both get sent to the same email. CONTACT > SEND A MESSAGE (https://www.michaeldruker.com/) DEVELOPMENTS > OUR COMMUNITIES > INTERESTED? (https://www.michaeldruker.com/new-developments) One is for residential inquiries and one is for those interested in one of the communities. We'd like to keep the Squarespace Contact Form titles as-is, but is there a way to trigger it to send a more customized subject line to his email so he can easily delineate which form it's coming from without adding it to the form title? For example, the submission from the Communities contact form comes through with the subject line "Join our Interest List." Is there a way anyone knows of that can have the email subject read "Communities Inquiry" or even something like "Join our Interest List - Communities"? Thanks! Link to comment
