Scrapeing from a Site to csv then creating a PRODUCT OR GALLERY item with info

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

Came back to squarespace after 5 years.....  its really the best looking, easy to use option.

Anyway,

Looking for Options to automate a scenario as described in title.

So I have a situation where I have private access to an "MLS" type of feed.  To be clear, I'm not talking about any real estate MLS, I have a different application.    So I do have the ability to scrape the site at regular intervals and make a nice CSV spreadsheet with the information.

Currently I drag and drop into a gallery page and I have a nice page with pictures only but there's no information other than the basic description that I can put into the gallery.   Yes I know I can switch the word descriptions on and have a small blurb underneath each picture but that's not what I'm looking for .    With the links and description anyway of course I have to do this manually and the link to takes you to a details page

So I'm looking for either a more descriptive gallery option with a spreadsheet that I can auto generate items or change it over to actual products.

I am aware that there is a product creation spreadsheet that I suppose I could use but I think I need a little bit of assistance changing it to my specific application.

Is there any other way or option?  My application is "similar" to real estate but houses are not the product, it is something else commission based sales.
