How ot hide site title from main navigation

Hi, I used this code to hide my site title in the custom css and it didn't work? could someone please advise?

Your site is private so I couldn't check which template you are using.

If you are on Squarespace 7.1 and using a site title (instead of a logo), you should be able to hide it on the homepage by using the following:

.homepage .header-title-text {
  display: none;
}
