How to embed code (what code and where) to stop an embedded youtube video from showing recommended videos at the end.

Hi, I'm embedding youtube videos and want to stop it from showing recommended videos at the end, or better yet finishing on the final image of the video. I did find a thread on here with a code but no details on where/how to add it. I tried making a trial new page, added a video block, with the youtube link, then added the code this guy provided into custom css. But still shows recommended content at the end.

Is anyone able to step me through the process, as I'm a coding rookie so don't know what I'm doing.
