How to move individual thumbnail image between left and right for each item in Summary Block?

Hey guys,

I am trying to move the image from one side to another side for each item in summary block.

I am trying to have each item image opposite each other?

Please have a look at the image.

For example:

Item 1 - Image on the left

Item 2 - Image on the right

Item 3 - Image on the left

so on so on.

Whats the best code for this?
