Transparent Footer for constant background image

Hi, I've been trying to get my footer to be transparent but nothing has worked. 

Some help would be very appreciated.

I'm running Version 7.1.

Yeah the footer is still there but I added some code to make my background fixed and because of that the footer somehow stopped showing. 

here is the code:

.section-background {
    position: fixed !important;
    center:unset !important;
}

I see you solved? Currently I see footer has no content so it is invisible now
