Turn off responsive design for computers (trying to encourage a horizontal scroll for a smaller screen).

I would like to make my website the same size from a horizontal standpoint when shrinking the screen. What code script can I use to make sure that all elements remain in the same spot and have a horizontal scroll instead of jamming everything into a smaller width. Can I turn off responsive design?

I understand that you would like your website to have a fixed width without the responsive design. However, it's important to note that Squarespace, like many other modern website builders, does not support turning off responsive design which is a fundamental aspect of modern web design, allowing websites to adapt to different screen sizes and devices.
