Unicode loading as Emoji on Mobile Sites

Recommended Posts

Hi there!

I've place quite a few north east unicode arrows “↗” (U+2197) on various areas of my site.

On the mobile site, these are all loading as emojis. Is there some code that will ensure these are loaded as plain-text html?

You can consider using FontAwesome instead. if you need, just share url & which element you want to add, we can give code to add FontAwesome icon
