Caption on Image blocks?

I couldn't find how if it's possible, but can you add caption to Image added through the newer block addition tool?

7.1 Not through Fluid Engine, on a page. You can add a text block at the bottom of an image, but that is not the same thing, or you can opt out of FE and set your image block as a stack, then you can add a caption at the bottom of the image. There are other text positioning options as well when using the classic editor. This editor works by default in a blog post. Blogs do not support FE.
