shipping fulfillment

I have successfully connected shipstation to my site; however, the fulfillment section in the commerce setup will not connect unless I pick from a delivery option.  I thought connecting to Shipstation would automatically meet requirements on the "fulfillment" section of the setup.  Thoughts?

You must set up shipping rates in the Squarespace Commerce settings. Your ShipStation rates don't connect to your site automatically. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below

You must set up shipping rates in the Squarespace Commerce settings. Your ShipStation rates don't connect to your site automatically.
