Page Title for a Linked Page

Hi all!

I have some link 'pages' that display all blog posts with a certain Category or Tag.

Example: https://www.blog.baligram.me/blog?category=Day Trips

For these pages, the title in the tab etc is just 'Blog 2' and I am hoping someone might be able to help me with where in settings I can change this? I am not sure where it is getting 'Blog 2' from?

It would be nice if it can pick up the Tag name or otherwise just something standard for all, but more appealing than 'Blog 2'.
