BMB
The UX has become so convoluted. How do I cancel someone's subscription for them? I have only seen the ability to cancel and refund a single order. Link to comment
Solution paul2009 Posted March 4, 2023 Solution Share Posted March 4, 2023 2 minutes ago, BMB said: How do I cancel someone's subscription for them? Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time by logging on to their account. However, if you need to do this on their behalf, you can do this from the Profiles panel. Within the Profiles panel, locate the customer. In the panel that opens on the right, click Recurring to see their subscriptions. Click the name of the subscription. A list of their payments will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the payments and click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. I hope this helps. Did this help? Nick5127
I tried this but it says they can't; The prompt says: "This user has active memberships or product subscriptions. To delete their customer account, first cancel their memberships or subscriptions" However, I have no memberships or subscriptions. Any help? Link to comment

How do I reach someone directly. The link is the correct link to their support contact page. After you've answered a couple of questions, you should see options to chat online (at certain times) or open a ticket. Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017.
