How to change the background color of the header, and footer on one specific page and change the font colors of the header/footer nav links

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me change the background color of both the header and footer with additional changes for the font colors of the nav links to be compatible with the background color. But this is all only for one page and not a site-wide change.

This is for a blog page

I've also tried the other codes (but it didn't work for the blog page) such as:

  header.Header.Header--top {
    background: red;
}
  footer.Footer {
    background: green;
}
</style>
