How to remove extra space under gallery carousel within footer

Hi, 

I am using a carousel in place of an instagram feed in the footer of my site while I get things up and running and am having some trouble with the padding at the bottom. The gallery block is causing the footer to have pointless space at the bottom. 

Can anyone help?

The Instagram gallery block has this (guessing from your description) known issue on Fluid Engine editor, I don't think it's been fixed, and sadly I don't have a solution beyond not using that block and manually recreating your Instagram feed with manual links.

And even worse, I don't have a solution to fix this issue.
