Images getting cropped on 'shop' page

Hi there,

Just creating a 'shop' page to sell artworks. I have only 1 square-shaped artwork on there at the moment, but I'm wondering if there's a way to make it display as a square on this page? It gets cropped down to a rectangle ratio and really doesn't look great, however when you click on it, it does show the whole (square) image.

Is there a way to make it appear as a square (ie show the whole image without cropping) on the actual 'shop' page, and not just once you've clicked on it?

Try this successful solution I offered recently:

I'm getting the same thing. The dimensions are entered correctly. I've tried Edit Image and selected a different sizing ratio. But it persists with some pictures (strangely, not all, even though I am doing the same steps with each). Any tips?
