Pick up email customer notification

Recommended Posts

I have been trying to figure this out for months. While I have customers trying to order for pick up, it does not show the address to them when I send the " Ready For Pick Up" email. I get the generic information that is set for the email. Now I tried numerous times to follow the steps from the previous people who have asked the same questions. Nothing has been resolved to my issue. I need a little more in-depth details or a video to show me step by step how to make the changes to their Ready to Pick Up emails. I would love a quick response time to my question. I have customers waiting to get the correct information in their emails.

When you send a test email, it will include generic information, but when a customer receives a genuine Ready For Pick Up email, it will automatically include the information that you've added to Pickup Information.

To edit this, go to Commerce > Pickup. You'll see an option for each pickup location. Click the pickup location that you want to edit and then edit the text in the Pickup Option and Pickup Information fields.
