Why is the space between my header img and footer so high?

Hello,

I've been trying to get the gap between my header image and footer dissapear (or at least not be so insanely high), but I can't figure out how to do this since I cant even select it and it's driving me nuts.

On the desktop version it looks fine (images also attached). I'm using the Hawley theme. Hope somebody can help, thanks!

Thank you! I adjusted the sizing of the middle section to 'M' and it seems to work (a lot better). First time using squarespace (and making my own website), this helped. Thanks!
